Eligibility for Returns

1. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
3. Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, or items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for returns.

Steps to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@tinybazar.in or log in to your account to request a return authorization.
2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
3. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the product back.

Shipping Costs

• For defective or incorrect items: Return shipping costs will be covered by TRINAV DIGITAL.
• For other reasons: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. If the product is returned without meeting the eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchange Policy

Damaged or Defective Items
